Crew arrived on an unseasonably cold day which makes spray foam application more difficult. They were upfront in all costs and there were no surprises. I wanted closed cell foam applied in a certain way and they recommended a different product. The one I was familiar with was way more money. They had both available, but recommended the less expensive product for my application. That demonstrated integrity, which is rare these days. We agreed and they got to work. It took them a little bit of time to setup, but they were thorough. The crew waited a while after application and made sure that everything was perfect. I was late for this review as I wanted a long term synopsis. Applied in Feb 2017 and IF I had to do it again, they would be the one I would call. Hired to float a new layer of mass loaded vinyl (that I'd purchased already) and drywall over a…read moresingle wall in my bedroom for better soundproofing. They were inconsistent in communication, started hours later than scheduled, and the end result included thick clumps of mud in some places, zero mud under/around tape in other places. I was able to remove 80% of the tape on the wall without any hand tools - it just fell off. And some gaps in the drywall were large enough that I could see that they didn't fully cover the wall with the MLV (despite having more than enough material). Tried to get them to come back and sand it down and re-mud, but they were unwilling to make any attempt to make this better. I would have had better results if a kindergarten class had done the job.
