However, once you sign a contract with them, communication is very poor. I was very unimpressed. I actually decided to settle even though I was not completely satisfied. I attempted to call Ray to ask questions but he never answers his phone. Also, when I called David with questions he often deffered to Ray. I was warned at the beginning that the best way to get in touch with Ray was via email. However, Ray barely responded even with email. In addition, David has a tendency to be very rude. In general, a total lack of professional behavior from both individuals. I expect much better treatment as a client. Of course the most communication I ever received was once the insurance company paid and they were collecting there 20%.

Horrible, We were lied to from 8/2023 to 2/2024 We had 3…read moreclaims. One was closed in August and we were never told. Another claim we were told we had no claim. The most important one was never filed yet we have messages that he was working on this claim. He was not. He was working with his friend Conan for remediation for mold and when they got the most money they bailed and never told us. They abandoned us in a toxic mold situation ( Stacchyboctys) and never answered us for accountability. He's on vacation all the time too. I would not hire him, or Elite Restoration.
