However, once you sign a contract with them, communication is very poor. I was very unimpressed. I actually decided to settle even though I was not completely satisfied. I attempted to call Ray to ask questions but he never answers his phone. Also, when I called David with questions he often deffered to Ray. I was warned at the beginning that the best way to get in touch with Ray was via email. However, Ray barely responded even with email. In addition, David has a tendency to be very rude. In general, a total lack of professional behavior from both individuals. I expect much better treatment as a client. Of course the most communication I ever received was once the insurance company paid and they were collecting there 20%.

They came right after Hurricane Florence hit Emerald Isle and they stayed until April, working tirelessly to HELP. They never asked for money up front, and near the end we were low on insurance funds so they allowed us to pay for some of the final work in installments until our insurance check arrived. He was extremely easy to work with while dealing with a homeowner's association and its 17 homeowners, all with varying levels of property damage. They waited 9 months then sent me a bill with 10 days to pay or they were cancelling my Policy. I got 2 different reasons for the additional cost. One was that I didn't sign the Paperless billing form and the other that my hose is 11/2 stories. The house in fact is a 1 story ranch. Just another reason to squeeze another $106 dollars from a retired person, after I received the quote and paid in full.
