However, once you sign a contract with them, communication is very poor. I was very unimpressed. I actually decided to settle even though I was not completely satisfied. I attempted to call Ray to ask questions but he never answers his phone. Also, when I called David with questions he often deffered to Ray. I was warned at the beginning that the best way to get in touch with Ray was via email. However, Ray barely responded even with email. In addition, David has a tendency to be very rude. In general, a total lack of professional behavior from both individuals. I expect much better treatment as a client. Of course the most communication I ever received was once the insurance company paid and they were collecting there 20%.

I hired Flow Pro Plumbing to do a simple water heater installation with a permit. I paid Flow Pro…read more$1,482.74 after purchasing the water heater, drip pan, and hoses myself. The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

Joseph did extra work for some homeowners and in some cases, he didn't even charge them for it. His word was golden and we could always count on him. He showed up when he said, he did what he said, and he stood behind all of his work. His prices were fair and comparable to the competitors, and in most cases lower. So, we have been out of our home since that date. We have to pay the house payment, rent, and utilities, and we are essentially financially ruined at this point. In addition, we have had to move our stuff to storage buildings, which were broken into and looted. We have an attorney and are going through legal means; however, their attorneys have constantly filed extensions. Since creditors have no interest in our situation, we are now at the point of foreclosure. I am 60 years old, and essentially, I am as broke as I was when I left college. I strongly blame Progressive, especially since they filed successfully to be dropped from the case. They are grifters and crooks. Buyer beware!! Meanwhile, I have to find a way to put my life back together because when the time came for them to protect me, it was revealed that they only want my money. Oh, and Progressive is still getting my payment for home insurance.
