We called ahead to schedule pick up and found out that there was no parking for your vehicle*** so had to make arrangements last minute which was annoying but all at the fault of Cruise America not Alec's! Just make sure you plan ahead for that. They do have parking for the shop and store just not for those renting RVs. The woman who helped us was really nice and showed us the ropes before we left. We was the same person to Check us out upon returning and was so helpful. The RV itself was super clean and sanitized. The store was also and everyone was following covid cdc procedures. The bathrooms were clean and they had hand sanitizer in many areas for customers to use. We will definitely be back for our next RV trip!

It worked for about 5 minutes, then died. We called the Cruise America site and they said to check the oil, it was empty. So we had to break down camp to go find oil. We tried again after filling it with oil, still only after a few moments it died. We had to rent a hotel because there were no available spaces at any of the RV camps. I use a CPAP machine and need power at night to run it or I could die from lack of oxygen when I stop breathing. We called Cruise America 4 times and finally they said we had to talk to the place we picked it up from. When we brought it back, clean. They would not give us a credit of any kind. Totally rude, blocked us in so we could not even leave in our car. DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR FRUSTRATION!!!
