Summary: This company is extremely unprofessional and it's pointless to go through them because…read morethey are a 3rd party reseller. You can book directly with the marina. Miami Flyboard is a 3rd party reseller. There is no need to go through them, just make your reservation directly with the marina. They made my reservation then it turns out the times they gave me were not actually available with the real jetski/flyboard company that actually provides the services. Rather than give me a call to make things right, they sent me an email to an incorrect email address (they made a typo). So I never got the information. The day of, I arrive at the marina with the exact directions they gave me: 15 minutes early, and at a specific pier #. When I speak to the actual company, they inform me it's supposed to be 30 mins early, a different pier # and that my reservation times are completely off so I already missed one of my services. The actual company had no fault in this and since my transaction was with Miami Flyboard (3rd party) they couldnt help me. Miami Flyboard refused to refund me $1000 for the services I had reserved even though they were at fault. I spoke with them several times during this ordeal because I was given false promises of getting my money back.

The owner and I were in contact everyday talking weather. The morning of the weather looked beautiful and he said we were good to go and to text him when we got to the hotel. I texted him at lunch and said we were still good for 3pm. This was his text back "actually we are cancelling because the other party cancelled so its not worth it now for me to just take you out". HORRIBLE business motto. My reservation should not be based off of whether or not someone else cancels. He knew it was a surprise for my husband and we were left with nothing to do. Give your business to someone who deserves it.
