Even during the…read moreCOVID pandemic the pastor and the staff have taken a ton of precautions to make sure that meme wes and guest feel welcome and same with many dedicated hand stations and mask, along with making sure people respect each other's space and keep the 6ft distance!! But the best part of this Church is the amazing word the the pastor preaches and how he really has a heart for the people of the church. The singing is great a little loud but you can tell that the people on stage are not there for themselves but are there to glorify god. Not sure of what last review refers to by horror stories. I would become a member if I lived here year-round. I would rate as best Pentecostal Style church on the beach. No church is perfect. People are not perfect, but the ones here seem to be sincerely trying to make a difference in the area.

In addition to their nondenominational worship services, the Chapel hosts local meetings for groups like the Holden Beach Beautification Society as well as Red Cross Blood Drives. The space is large and accommodating, plenty of meeting rooms with areas for offering food services (you bring your own for any meetings.) The side entrance is where you enter for the Red Cross Blood drives, and the space for the drives is clean and open and well ventilated. Recently, I had the pleasure of seeing the Holden Beach Chapel Chancel Choir perform their Christmas musical concert, "All is Calm, All is Bright." What a treat to see our local talent - choir and band ensemble sounded great together and the sanctuary was completely filled -- they even had an overflow area with a large screen broadcasting the show for latecomers. The website has a list of all their events. Next up, Christmas mass 2021!

His Fathers Day service was about removing the American Flag from the sanctuary because of Mathew 10 , Jesus talking to deciples. I texted him about how that offended me and my fellow Veterans. He told me I was aggressive and should find another place to worship.
