Super reasonable rates! I made appt for Jacob; he arrived on time, did a walkthru with a nifty device that estimated square feet of exposed carpet (we left big items like couches/beds in place) gave us the bid on the spot, and explained the two methods. We opted for the highpressure water based treatment. Carpets came out very very good given the amount of 'spot damage' from our two little doggies (be aware they cant completely get it out, and water cleaning will cause some 'wicking up' from underlying carpet pad).
