You can't get any better service than her. It's got a reasonably good atmosphere. While slightly cramped, it's nothing you can't easily move around in. As for their product selection, it's pretty large. I felt like they covered all major holidays/events, with reasonable prices. My Mom and I went in about an hour before closing, and still got great service plus the products we needed. Overall, it's a small party store with the party supplies you need, and an employee who will raise your mood just from conversing with her.

We visited their location in person to make our selections and their staff was so helpful and courteous! They "dumped" (that was the word used in their text) the tables in the driveway. We received picnic tables with broken bases and the wood on the tables was splintered and not smooth. And the tables were filthy. The basketball game didn't work and came with deflated balls. Any follow-up conversations with the company were confrontational and contained no ownership or apology. She was so wonderful to work with, even when we had a last minute change in table linen size. We wanted to pick up as well as return the rented items due to our time frame.
