They gave is a few buckets of feed for the horses while we were waiting for the other riders. The horses are well-trained, gentle and calm. The beach rides are November 1st through February 28th starting at Myrtle Beach State Park. Note: you will need a park pass or pay the park admission to access the starting point of your beach ride. March 1st through October 31st, Horseback Riding of Myrtle Beach offers trail rides. Every ride is an hour and a half. Reservations are required for all rides. Call them to schedule your ride. Tipping your guides is suggested, they take cash or Venmo at the end of the ride.

The staff were all friendly and personable. They took the time to get to know us. Plus their horses are well cared for and in a low stress environment. They are the only group that provides beach rides during peak tourist season, because you know us horse absorbed girls need to ride even when we're on vacation! You do have an hour of saddle time, because the horses are staged close to the beach. A short trek through the dunes and you're on the private beach! Plus they take amazing photos of your ride which are available for purchase...get the pictures, or you'll regret! Gallop on over to their reservations page to reserve your spot. We went for the u-pick blueberries and stayed to play with all their animals!!! Young family just starting out and make you feel like home as soon as you get out of the car! Candice and Brandon loved interacting with our little ones, 2 4 and 6 years old. Showing them the chickens, turtles and pig! They've got a couple beautiful dogs and even a deer on their property that roams around. The blueberries are organic, they don't use pesticides or anything and they were PLENTIFUL! They said they should have plenty of berries to pick thru next week so if you are visiting for the 4th of July or local, it's definitely worth the drive!!! We got a huge bucket for $25 and everything else is just them being a wonderful Christian family!

I loved the chimpanzee hugging me and giving my husband a fist bump. The photographers know exactly when to photo for the best experience. You receive several photos in the package. There were planned bathroom breaks, two refreshment snack stops and a terrific lunch which included a variety of food and drinks. We only wish there were photos of the tiger climbing the post and white tiger chasing the ball. We know we could not be near the tigers for safety but to have these photos we be appreciated. The owners promised to send the pictures later on in the day, but instead we received a phone call that there was a glitch with the camera and they did not have pictures of my group. We noticed when the owner sent out the link, we could see the pictures of past customers, including the customers right after the morning group. I am very disappointed that I have no memories on the trail, only selfies we snapped before going home. Glad we decided to take those or we would have nothing but a memory.
