Excellent coworking space. This week, my condo unit has been very noisy due to construction work going on in the unit above us. Since I work from home, I quickly needed to find a new place to work from. I knew of Coastal Coworking from simply driving by them (they're on Thompson, mid-town in Ventura). Through their website, I was easily able to purchase a day pass, and drive over. One of the owners kindly greeted me at the door, oriented me with the space, and I was able to set up inside and knock out my day's work. It's been 3 days that I've been working from here, and I have had an excellent experience. The space is spotless, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches throughout. They have relaxing lo-fi playlists that they play over the speakers. I have been able to focus well because the environment is so conducive to it. Everyone here is quietly respectful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, and I am grateful to have found it, as it has been saving me for the past few days. I would absolutely come back in the future. read more

I love working at Coastal Coworking's facilities! It's a beautiful former retail store renovated from top to bottom. All the members are very kind and respectful of space and noise volume. It's a great place to get work done outside of the office without distraction. I appreciate the custom built phone booths so I can take my client calls without being a nuisance to others. I can tell the owners take attention to detail in even the barista-grade coffee brewing equipment & beans. It's more than just a money making endeavor for them and about building on the rad Ventura community of entrepreneurs. If you're thinking about possibly joining -- get a day pass, honestly! This is an incredible workspace. I came here to get a break from working from my tiny home studio and it was so refreshing and so worth it. The atmosphere is perfect- clean, calming, inspiring and organized. Everyone working there was so helpful and kind and I was amazed at what an incredible work place this is. So happy to have such an amazing space here in Ventura! The space is so well put together with just tons of different seating and outlets. I've been working remote for over 3 years, I have a home office but it gets hard to focus sometimes, and life can creep into my workspace. It's so nice to have a place to get out of the house and work that's not a coffee shop. Speaking of, they've got great coffee. Coastal Coworking was a life saver as a working college student living at home with loud siblings and pets! It is such an adorable space decorated so nicely. Everyone there is so pleasant and friendly, especially CeCi is so sweet was so welcoming. I was able to be very productive in this space they have phone booths, snacks, drinks, and lots of seating options.
