Little did I know that this was a one stop shop not just for printing services, but you also get an office space you can rent, P.O. Boxes, and amazing customer service. The owner, Zee, is very informative and charismatic. Has a lot of products to offer that are unique and also standards in the industry. I came here for a Live Scan appointment and due to my strange work hours, I chose this place because they offer flexible hours. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable. read more

We have been using OfficeLocale now for over a year and the owner, Zee, is so very resourceful and goes the extra mile to accommodate all of our family's small businesses needs- especially when we've been in a pinch! They've been there to provide services (with smiles & laughs I might add) and delivered professional results in a consistent timely manner! They have a notary (very convenient), business card selections are great, and are very reasonably priced compared to other virtual offices we've checked out. More importantly that we've found is that the other places don't have Zee!! He has e've not experienced this kind of service and approach anywhere else. he owner advertises for perpetual offer of 50% shipping services during workdays 10-11 am, i went twice to ship packages taking my 15 months child rushing to make it on time and both times i was made to believe that I was given a good deal of 50% off shipping as advertised, few days later when i received an email with the package information and the courier used to ship my packages i went on the courier website and also on another independent site to check their prices and turned out what i paid was 100% what i would have paid should I went up to them directly! In another words i was charged a full price for shipping instead of the advertised 50%, not to mention other overpriced charges that was added to my invoice without declaration ahead of time, i called the owner and he was defensive claimed that the 50% was on his retail shipping rate (which is conveniently upmarked 100% before the 50%, and although its stated on the invoice the 50% on fedex ground) then hanged up the phone! Very rude! And even after many attempts he refused to explain what he meant with retail prices, everything says the 50% is on fedex ground which means whatever the fedex ground price is then ill have to pay half off that, he tried to manipulate his way out of this by claiming that the 50% is on "retail price" and got angry when asked to specify what he means with retail price which clearly means its an excuse to cover for this false advertising. REPLY TO ZEE HUSSEIN: Its stated on the invoice as the attached picture (50% off fedex ground) not off retail shipping as you claim, and lets talk numbers because numbers dont lie ok? When i went on fedex and other independent shipping websites the price for my exact package was $27 for the first package and $25 for the second one, and I paid you $27 and $25 (in addional the hidden charges for the first package)! Which means what you do is you double the shipping rate then add the half off which means it goes back to the regular price (no discount whatsoever) and you make clients think theres a half off discount! Not to mention that you already get corporate rate from the courier, ao you'll make your everyday profit but insult the intelligence of a client who's busy enough to trust you. Simply put in numbers a doubled price cancels the half of "discount" [(1/2)*2x=x] not to mention you already take preferential prices from fedex as a corporate shipping, so you're making profit already snd get to attract new unsuspecting clients with this false advertising, and you said in your reply that your shipping rates are declared? Go to your website and tell me where are the declared rates (for shipping) i challenge you! this is the oldest trick in the book for MANIPULATION and a clear illegal violation, and since you mentioned the tape and the $7 (which is funny because i didnt mention it but you knew what hidden charges i was talking about) you removed my taping then used yours without even asking me and without declaring that you'll charge me extra $7 for that, had you asked me i would've done it myself or maybe just ran to the dollar store next to you and got a whole shipping tape for $1, but you didn't even ask because you knew i could have simply done it myself, and thats sneaky of you, you act improfessional just to make extra 7 bucks! i will see what the legal officials think about that, and will also take the case to court if i had to to teach you how to conduct and honest business, oh and this case will go on the BBB website publicaly for everyone to see. read more
