It is still running great, after all these years, and anytime I have an issue they come out and fix it right away. All the techs are well trained and have gone to certification classes on the generators and are very knowledgeable and skilled. Although all the technicians have been awesome, Caleb has been mainly servicing and fixing my generator the past year or so and he is so smart and so knowledgeable! I told them just keep the parts will will buy new ones. if it was a job that was too small or they didn't want to do fine. but they just B.S. people to give them your items , never do the job and keep the parts. that's my opinion. STAY AWAY. deal with them at your peril.
