The leather material for our couch is considered "bicolor" which has contrasting shades creating a visually appealing effect. Jenny found out the material was no longer in production. She was informed that Palliser does maintain a very select amount of aftermarket production material. Unfortunately, she was virtually left on her own to locate the material. After an inordinate amount of time and phone calls, dealing with a language barrier, numerous incorrect information and broken promises, she did locate the replacement leather stored in Mexico. Her perseverance and commitment to our project far exceeded the time a typical small business would have committed to this type and size of project. The wait was well worth the effort as the craftsmanship presented by Rob and Jenny to replace the stressed and worn leather and enhance the seating structure provided a level of comfort and support exceeding the original quality. Most small businesses would have simply walked away from this project after facing numerous obstacles. This company deserves my highest recommendation not only for their perseverance, but for maintaining their original quoted price and quality of workmanship that is simply outstanding.
