I took my car into a dealership a couple nights ago to see how much I can get for the trade in value. The first thing they pointed out was the paint job Mike did. They saw it in the dark & could spot the poor job. They didn't even notice the body line was uneven until they touched it with their hand. They asked if we tried to DIY it at home & asked what was up with the paint job & made a joke that Stevie Wonder did the paint job. The absolutely could not believe I paid someone to do it. The literally deducted an extra $350 for the poor paint job. There was also no blackmail involved. Asking for a partial refund on a crappy job done that people are laughing at is completely reasonable. It is also completely reasonable to write a review on my experience with a company as a consumer to warn other people what they are getting themselves into when they hire someone. read more

They were very communicative! I was only in town for a week vacation with my family, and they were able to book me an appointment within a couple of days. It was just a minor paint chip on our Turo rental car, but it looked like nothing ever happened after they were done. They drove to my AirBnb and finished the work in less than 30 minutes! The military discount was just the icing on the cake. Great people and I highly recommend them for fast, quick, and easy work. (The pictures don't do it justice. It just has to be washed after 48 hours, and waxed in about a week, per their instructions.) read more

Mike came to our home on 11/2/24 to repair and paint my bumper and a small dent in the right rear quarter panel. The dent repair on the quarter panel seems to be fine, however the crease in the bumper is still plainly visible and the paint job is gritty and dull. He initially asked for my VIN number before he came out so he could "mix" the paint. I should have realized this was not going to be a quality job when he used a can of spray paint, which looked like it came from an auto parts store. Payment was required in cash, or cash app after the work was finished. He said to wait 3 days before washing our car and we did. We couldn't believe how bad the paint and bumper repair looked. My husband would have done a better job on the paint and we could have purchased a brand new bumper on eBay. Since 11/5/24 I have tried several times to get Mike to fix the bumper and paint as it should have been done the first time. I get nothing but excuses and false promises. Here it is 3/26/25 and Mike is no longer responding to my messages. I tried being understanding and was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt before submitting my review, but he no longer responds to my messages. At this point I either have to live with these substandard repairs, or pay more money to get it done right. This will negatively affect the value of my car should I decide to sell it in the future. read more

Mike was fabulous. I called him around 9 AM today. He answered the phone and we discussed the front bumper damage which was a byproduct of a tractor trailer tire tread in the fast lane of I-4 on a drive this week to Tampa. Damage was significant and I did my best to push and pull the bumper damage myself but i had little success in fixing the damage. Mike said he would be by later that same day and in just over an hour, repaired the bumper back to what I consider factory specs. He also sanded, painted and clear coated several other areas on the bumper not damaged by the tire but needing work. I can't say enough about his professionalism, quick response and quality of his work. He will be the first person I call on the future if an incident like this one occurs again. I texted Mike/Wondo, whoever he truly is, to come out that weekend and look at an area that had not been properly painted. "Of course, will call to set up an appointment." NOTHING AFTER THAT. I have texted, called, emailed, and messaged the website. STILL NOTHING. I PAID $400 on Zelle for 45 minutes of work. Yes, I checked it before he left. The work had been done in the shade of a large tree and I didn't notice the unpainted part. It had been sanded but not painted. So now, I have a lovely cloud filled with long, thin scratch marks.
