I like how I basically have a warranty on these tires if anything were to happen to them. I did not have an appointment and was just a walk-in. The guy working there said it had to be parked in the parking lot over night. I asked if they could add air to the tire (so we don't have to drive it on the rim), he said he didn't have access to a mobile air (even though they were open for another two hours). I asked if they could move it via a go jack, he said "our bustiness is too cheap to have those". We were left no choice or option other to drive it into a parking space on the flat tire. The guy said, "as long as you aren't hoping a curb, it will be fine." I asked if they would add air in the morning and he said no, they would just drive it into the service bay with the flat. I said the was f'ed up. He didn't care. At 7am, I called to ask if the car could have air added to the tire to relieve the pressure off of the rim, or if it could be jacked up to relieve the pressure. At 9:20am, I drove by and they had taken no action. I went inside and saw three employees hanging out. I explained what I wanted done, and the lady I spoke to at 7am said they had other priorities (yet when I went into the shop 3 of them were just chilling.) I will never go to the shop again. No customer service. No sense of urgency. No care for other people's property. Seriously disgusted. I do not suggest you use this business!!!!!

I wanted white but ended up with carbon gray with carbon gray rims. After 6 months enjoying my truck I realized I really didn't like the dark gray on gray look, I wanted something with a shine to it. After researching rim repair I found Glenn's. I'm extremely picky and Glenn's did not disappoint. They machined my rims and matched a darker shade of gray found on my bumpers. The team carefully examined each wheel, explaining in detail what they were looking for and how they planned to fix the problem. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. Cost us $190 and $120 for the rims to get fixed.
