When I first called for an appointment and asked for the cost of a Service B I got "It depends" and no amount. I went to this location specifically for a transmission flush, but they were unable to flush it and didn't call me to tell me that. All their costs are very high. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it. Yesterday, now that I had a chance to inspect myself, it took me ninety seconds to find the separation between my drive shaft and differential. He stands by his service, feels that his inability to identify the obvious mechanical failure is worth $135, and refuses a refund thereof. He even stated that this is a very rare issue, yet it took me thirty seconds to discover that there was a recall for this. Somehow this guy considered himself a professional. Far from it. Piss poor standards, to say the least, and piss poor customer service on top of that. That'll teach me to vet a privately owned businesses before I put any trust in them. He made sure to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the options that I had. After completing his work he was able to show me that the repair was made and a test drive to confirm that the problem was gone. Another thing that I really enjoyed about his service is the fact that I didn't have to pay a tow truck to take my car somewhere to get serviced because he will come to you!
