Our hostesses, Ava and Raven, were nothing short of spectacular. Our entire party was well taken care of and they were SO polite! I hired this company for my son's 8th birthday party. The owner was very kind and responsive on…read morethe phone. They showed up on time. However, the employee was not prepared for the full party. They only had enough guns for 6 kids at a time. I knew they would have to switch kids in and out, but the website makes it seem like 10 kids can play at a time. They also ran out of ammo before 60 minutes of the 90 minute playtime advertised. When we asked the employee about this, he said that we started playing before the party started. This is true - the adults and party boy tried the guns before the party started by about 10 - 15 minutes; however, the 60 minutes I am referring to, did take that into account. The kids got to play for a total of about 50 minutes and I had to step in more than once to make sure that kids were taking turns and alternating play. The kids had fun and it is a great idea for a party; but I was a bit disappointed in the actual execution and the lack of response from the employee running the party. Additionally, since we were the 2nd party of the day, the guns were not all fully charged. We also only had 5 bunkers. If I had known how this would have unfolded, I would have just ordered the guns, ammo, and bunkers online for less than the party and run it myself.
