Some months back, I had my 725 serviced by Macclenny Kubota. I was told a blade was missing but could find no blade on the property. I had given them a set of new blades which were to replace the old ones. When they brought the mower back, there was a distinct problem with the mower and I discovered that one of the blades was missing. The blades on the mower were the new blades so I called them to let them know that the blades were mounted with the wrong hardware. After they researched the problem they found out that they were using the wrong deck diagram as mine was an earlier version. With that knowledge in hand they corrected the problem in a timely fashion, installing all new hardware at their own cost which I considered commendable. I have been using their service for over five years and am completely satisfied with outstanding attitude of their service manager and would readily recommend their maintenance department. Carl S. I have a older 4wd kubota tractor that had the front wheel seals leaking as well as the four wheel drive shaft leaking fluid. I called them several times trying to get a rough estimate on the phone but with no luck of having anyone call me back. Since I needed to get this done I went ahead and dropped it off to get the repair. I dropped it off on Monday and they advised they would start Wednesday. After about two weeks of not hearing anything I called them and they stated that parts are on order and they should have the tractor finished soon. I called back next week and they stated it was finished and ready for pick up. I drove about an hour there to pick it up and got the bill for over $3300.00. They advised the seals were in rough shape and had to tear the entire front end apart( it had a very slow leak). I paid the bill and took the tractor home. That evening I unloaded the tractor and noticed it was still leaking fluid again. So I called them and they advised I would have to bring it back. I asked them if it was going to be covered under the warranty of the work that was already been done. They advised yes it would be covored. I drove back up there another hour drive and dropped off the tractor. About a week later I called and they advised it was ready for pick up. I went to pick up the tractor and got another bill for $145.00. I told them I just picked up the tractor from the first intial work that was completed and thay advised this repair would be under warranty. Then they stated that the leaking fluid was from the rear seal on the four wheel drive shaft and they did not replace that seal on the prior work. So you guessed it. Paid the $145.00 bill for a $20 seal rest of which was labor. I should have known that when you walk into the business and notice the large amount of deer mounts they are going to try and get every penny they can from each customer so they can pay for their exotic hunting trips.
