Lawn & Order had about 50 great reviews on Angie's List and quoted us a very reasonable price for biweekly service, so we went with them and have been very happy. They offer reliable service, easy online billing and a quality job. Also, the owner is also very easy to contact if there is a problem. He always replies quickly to texts, phone or email. One time, a rock randomly flew and broke a back window while the crew was mowing, and the owner paid for the repair, no questions asked (it wasn't cheap either - $300!). I think some companies might have tried to duck out of it, so I really appreciate his willingness to do so.

After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!

It took two separate visits and nearly a dumpster worth of trimmings to get everything right, but he trimmed all of the bottle brush and my lemon tree, landscaped the front beds, and gave the house a curb appeal that was better than when I bought my home. He is consistent, notifies you if he can't make a week for family or weather reasons (my back yard doesn't drain well, in heavy rains mowers just dig trenches in the yard), and is flexible working with you to get the look and care you want for your lawn. After getting several quotes we decided to go with Grandscapes because they gave us the best price and we knew their work. They spent the better part of a week tearing out old beds, removing old grass/weeds, grading the lawn, laying sod, and putting out mulch. Austin even did a few small things we added in at the last minute. These guys were incredibly hard workers, personable, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and my yard is finally something to be proud of. Since I have had a lot of experience with workers in our home improvement endeavors I feel like I can say without a doubt this is one of the best companies I have worked with.
