In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Let trash go into my toilet whole to my septic. He put shower in without insulation till I caught him. Didn't clean up behind himself every day. In that price he was to replace my front door he didn't. I checked to see what he might of spent total on material maybe 2,000 to 3,000 tops.
