They have been bought out by someone…read moreand Dr. Gassert, who was fantastic, is no longer there - although this website says she is. I called the office number, asked if Dr. Gassert was still there since she was still on the website. I was told that she was not but Dr. Adam was. I asked if Dr. Adam had a link to his credentials since he wasn't on the website and was told his first name was Adam. I asked his last name and the extraordinarily rude person (whoever and wherever she was) said what is YOUR name? I said that I was a long term client of Advanced Care and I wanted only to know about the new doctor there. She asked if she could put me on hold ... I heard music ... she came back on the line and called me by my last name. She obviously linked my phone number and name on her computer. And, she said my last name with a smart aleck smirky tone. I will NEVER go back there and don't recommend that you do. Good luck Dr. Adam whoever.

    We walked in for a routine follow up but Bev had lost her hearing aide this week. We needed to…read morereschedule a visit and order a new hearing aide for her Right ear. All week I have been translating English to English for Bev. And I felt like I was Stuttering sentences..I ask Bev something and she said, "Huh?" So I repeated it. We found parking right in the front of the office steps. Jennifer was sitting at the front desk . She welcomed Bev and I in and remembered our names. We explained all that happened and she looked up the information we needed. Mike was with another client so at first we did not see him. Jennifer had troubles with the forms from the company. Many offices use the forms all over the United States. We were in no hurry. About 15 minutes later Mike walked his clients out. Mike is always so kind and understanding. He does not judge or make Bev feel bad for losing one of the hearing aides this week. We love him for that. Mike helped me with the app on my phone so I could do a search for her hearing aide in the house. Jennifer completed the paperwork and had Bev sign for payment. She has a wonderful sense of humor and got to giggling at my side comments. She is very professional always and also shares the compassion that Mike has. It runs in the office or kindness is contagious there. The cost of the hearing aides is reasonable. They seem to make Bev happier being able to hear and follow conversations. When we got home I went into Bevs room to sync up her left hearing aide with the app so I could ping the Right one. I told Bev , "I Need to use this one." I looked down on her bedroom floor and there was the other hearing aide..I then stated, "Or I could use this right one!" I found the missing hearing aide. Bev was so very happy and relieved. I never make Bev feel bad at home for losing her hearing aide. It just happens. Mike totally understood. We love going to the office to see them both. Willie Conway and Beverly Clement.
