Had a chair break from a very expensive set I purchased and she would not assist me or work with me to resolve the issue. Instead she kicked me out of her store and even threatened to call the police on me. This was AFTER she previously advised me to bring back the furniture and she said she was going to refund me fully. She apparently went back on her word and after my husband and I loaded it all up and brought it in as she requested she charged at me yelling in my face to leave her store and that she was not going to do anything for me. I did not understand what had changed within 24 hrs of her telling me to bring it all back in. I was a repeat customer of hers so thought that was not a very smart business move on her part. She was just awful and her poor employee had to stand there and witness all her craziness. I would not recommend this store or any of her stores for that matter. She does not deserve your hard earned money and treats and will never get another dime of mine. Horrible experience!!!! Never have encountered a business owner so awful. Buyers beware!!!!

I went to management about it and was told it would be looked into. Well a month later and after the 4th time this vendor placed something in my booth, I contacted the DM because I hadn't heard anything from the manager. They were both out of town at that time and said they would be back Monday for me to come see them. Well I did go in Monday and was told by the manager, that they wouldn't do anything to this vendor but just a verbal warning even if they found out who did it. He wanted to know what I wanted to be done and I said "kick them out and an apology! " he remarked "So you basically want it to stop right?" and I said yes. He said "it has been" so problem solved. Granted they finally did put a very noticeable video camera watching my booth. I thought I might have known who it was and spoke to this vendor about the situation. When they questioned this vendor, they told this vendor that I thought that they did it. So now the whole staff and most of the vendors have heard about this situation. I have even had other vendors let me know that the vendor, the one I thought did it, was talking and questioning them about it and me. Wow...I was the one harassed on 4 different occasions and was told that they need to proof of who did it. They say they have lots of cameras all over the place so why couldn't they catch the culprit. Well here are the photos of the final three items. I didn't take photos of the first one, which was a bunch of girly stickers left in the same spot on the marble top dresser. Thought it was kids but realized it was the first strike from this vendor full of hate! I take the 4th item as a threat with it being a large metal hammer shaped like item. I am highly disappointed and upset as to how this issue was addressed and handled. It was NOT handled professionally at all. Have yet to meet the Dm, even though all this.

CANDLES, GIFTS AND HOME DECOR!…read more This is a cute little candle shop that is stocked with candles, home décor such as wind chimes, infusers and more. The first thing I noticed about the shop is that glorious scent as soon as you enter the store. It is wonderful and never something that can be purchased because it is a combination of scents and fragrances. They do have a nice candle selection of candles beginning with the Yankee candles and the hard to find long stem candles which add a touch of elegance to any space. They even have candles that crackle when they burn and definitely remind you of fall and being close to the fireplace. They have lots of little "machines and things" that seamlessly fit into your décor and introduce wonderful scents into the air. If you like the scent of a candle without the flame, try the wax pottery. They have those special "Poo-Pourri sprays" that are great for keeping things fresh (if you know what I mean). You simply spray and go and all is right with the world. If you want to set an elegant holiday table, they have these miniature tree branches that light up and can easily be incorporated into a very nice centerpiece. The possibilities are endless! All of that aside, I was drawn to the beautiful cards that they have available. I think the specific companies are Blue Mountain and Mosaic. These are modern cards for modern times. They beautifully express my thoughts and feelings and I just love them. I like to just buy a few for times when I am missing friends or just want others to know how much I appreciate them.
