Before renovating we lived in a tired and neglected semi with a much needed renovation and makeover. With Elissa's help, the results have been transforming. Elissa's warm and friendly personality coupled with her expertise and understanding of my brief made the whole experience very simple and stress free. She has a very hands on and approachable practice which provided great results and has been an absolute joy to work with. We are continually receiving compliments on the house, particularly the colour scheme that Elissa put together, the selection of hardware, furniture and lighting selections. Elissa's judgment and ability to think outside the box left us with a welcoming home. I love my new kitchen and bathroom and thanks to Elissa's running around, she found me the perfect piece of marble to compliment my kitchen cabinetry. I was very time poor during the renovation process and Elissa just brought the home together, effortlessly and without drama and fuss. I love that her ideas were not pushed onto me, and if I didn't agree with something she came up with new concepts and solutions until I was happy. Elissa went to great lengths to help me when I was under pressure from my builder to make design and building decisions, particularly when I was time poor. The result was always a positive and a happy one. She knew just what to do to solve any problem quickly and keep me sane. I cannot recommend Elissa enough for such a great service. Elissa was a life saver during the whole renovation process. Her taste and design knowledge is inspiring and was always spot on. I want to thank you for an excellent service.
