I had a cap that came off, and my previous dentist (well known and highly recommended) said I would have to have an implant. I moved to Brunswick and was recommended to Dr George Madray by my son in law who has been a patient since childhood and is now 47. I took that advice; I was blessed to meet and receive service by the Dr. and staff. He informed me it would be possible to replace the cap, and he did so over a year ago and has since done other work for my wife and me. Was basically called a liar by the woman in billing when I explained that I had been told that they were in-network by the person who answered the phones. Less than 3 months later I need a root canal because the cavity that was present on the x-rays taken here has now eaten to the root, yet no one said a thing about me having a cavity! I did not even see the dentist, just the dental hygienist. The hygienist was very nice, and gentle but to not inform someone that they had a cavity is pretty ridiculous. Why the dentist didn't even see me, I have no idea. Now a simple fix has become a huge expense and pain for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
