The pavers were not properly leveled or repaired, and shortly after the installation many of the pavers cracked. The workmanship was poor from start to finish. After multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, Thiago stopped responding and never returned to complete the job or stand behind his work. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing. To make matters worse, Thiago smoked on my property during the installation and left cigarette butts behind. That level of disrespect only added to an already frustrating experience. I now have to pay another professional to tear out and redo the entire project because it was not installed correctly the first time. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I would not hire this company again.

I explained that the job would need to be permitted and that he would need to work when there was not a guest staying in the house and he agreed to both and said I would need to give a 50 percent deposit. I wrote and he cashed a check for $4435 in February. He attempted to get a permit but ran into difficulties and said the workers at the City of Orlando permitting department were 'a bunch of immigrants' and 'towel heads'. He said he only needed two more pieces of information and would get the permits. He has not been in communication with the city since April, still has no permit, refuses to return my deposit, and will not reply to my messages to call me mor is he accepting my phone calls. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! This will now need to be resolved with legal means, unfortunately.

His crew and work staff were timely, respectful, and did a very good job. He oversaw quite a few projects: Pavers - patio, porch, side, and pathway around garden (completed October) Flooring entire interior (completed October) Interior and Exterior Painting (completed October) Master and Spare Bathroom updates (completed February) Lighting throughout house (completed October) Kitchen /laundry room renovation (completed February) Lots of other little add-ons were also done, I can't begin to list them all! The few delays we had were due to delays in receiving bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but workers were super at planning around it. When I look back and consider what was becoming a new norm - all the crazy supply issues, and ability to even find good workers, I am amazed how blessed I was to see it all get completed within four short months. Jose's crew began work 10/20/2021 and had it all done by February! Jose was a great communicator and easy to work with. He helped oversee an excellent group of guys who all worked to make my Palm Coast house a "brand new" and cozy home. These guys are honest and work to complete satisfaction.
