Then I called because they do have "delivery" service, and they should bring the ashes complementary when they are around the area picking up other dogs. He told me that it would be $75. I thought that price was ridiculously high but I agreed. He told me to call the next day at 9:00 AM. At this point I want to leave one star. I called next day 9:00 AM, he said the guy that makes the deliveries was picking up two dogs so I had to call later. Called later, he said call me in the morning. Figure it up, my pain, crying, calling this moron every day and my dog? Where's my dog? This morning to add insult to the situation, the man, owner, answering service, cashier, mortician and scammer told me the service would be $175 because of the gas. I said "the gas?" And he said that the gas prices raised incredibly overnight. He really thought I am an idiot. Please don't do business with them. They don't care about our dogs. They only care about MONEY.
