After speaking with both Allen and John on different occasions, I was confident that I found the shop I was looking for. They both took time to listen to what I needed and then made recommendations based on budget and of course, quality. They take the time to explain all of the components and recommend the gear that would work best for me, not the gear that topped out my budget. I took a chance on some brands that I wasn't completely familiar with, and a brand that had given me nightmares in the past. The guys stood behind everything they recommended, gave me a secure feeling that the products I was choosing would do what they said they would do. And then there's the install team... FANTASTIC. No messing around, right down to business, efficient, professional and clearly masters of their craft. Zero mess, zero issues with the equipment, and they took all of the time needed for me to be comfortable with operating things after they walked out the door. It was also important that I was happy with the system after living with it for a week. And pricing?? While I wasn't price shopping by any means... I wanted the good stuff and was fine paying to get it... but prices were well within line of any high-volume chain or internet shop.
