What a great experience, from start to finish! From our first contact to the completion of the work was less than a week. Mr. Taylor came out the same day we contacted him to give us an estimate, which we found to be very competitive. We had several things we wanted done, and he even made cost-saving suggestions for some of them. There was no upselling, and he was very up front about anything that would affect the pricing of our projects. On the day they arrived to complete the work, they were on time, completed the work within the time frame provided, at the cost quoted. I called on a Sunday to schedule an appointment thinking I would get a call Monday. Taylor called me back Sunday afternoon and said he would be there on Monday. He and his partner arrived on time and was prepared to do the work to install my Ring Security cam and flood light. The install became complicated, but Taylor updated the estimate and repaired the issue and installed the unit. The job was neat and they cleaned up all residue from the 3 hour install. I contacted Taylor Electric to have a ballast replaced in a fluorescent fixture in our kitchen, Mr. Taylor suggested for the same price to replace the fixture with LED lighting. He gave us a very fair price and we agreed. Mr. Taylor arrived on time and before you know it the work was completed.
