Ordered a double set of bi fold doors....well over $1,700including paint..many many issues my…read moreparents ordered the same set installed a few weeks after i ordered and the hinges broke, the door bowed, the glass had white writing on it unable to be removed, the handles of such poor quality they tarnished within a fortnight, the door is white yet they installed it with a very ugly brown track which they say is standard yet the display model has a nice aluminum track. Upon seeing my parents doors I immediately cancelled my order prepared to lose some money rather than proceed with the risk of our doors being the same. The paperwork says we lose 15 percent if we cancel and did not specify any time frames for cancellation (i ordered in early november and was told it wouldnt be installed until well after Xmas and cancelled on the 2nd December) They charged us 28 percent deposit and are refusing to refund the difference between the 28 and 15 percent. The manager is outright rude and dismissive and has zero respect or care for his customers and his brand reputation. Use castle hill doors plus at your own risk!

The installer measured the door short, so they nailed two ugly pieces of timber together and plonked the door on top of it. We now have a 200mm step to get out of the back door, which everyone trips on. Including the installer who came back after we complained to tell us there was no problem with the door... Hilarious moment! The Manager then completed a site visit. His solution was to pull the new door out and re use the same door, but pack the top of the door this time, not the bottom. Pretty ugly solution, with the big catch being the job had to be done by the same installer who can't measure, build or clean up after himself, as this is the only installer. So I bought two ramp mats for the back doors from Bunnings and we still have our ugly and dangerous back doors.
