I did some research and this company was very fairly priced and responded very quickly to phone calls. The inspectors name is Satari Shaw and he is incredibly professional, friendly, helpful and great at communicating. Satari was able to come out with just a few days notice and made me feel very at ease during the whole process. He also hired a termite service on my behalf to handle that inspection while he was there. He explained the areas that he had found so far and rated them on importance. He showed me the items that would need to be taken care of quickly and the ones that maybe were a little less major. His report was incredibly detailed with pictures of the items showing what he was noting in the report. Satari's above and beyond customer service came a few weeks after my initial inspection. Satari gave me his cell number to call if I had any problems or questions which was great. I called the day I moved in because my movers were convinced that they found foundation damage. I called Satari immediately and he left his daughters dance recital to come to my home and check out what they were mentioning. Turns out the movers were COMPLETELY wrong but the fact that Satari took time out of his day to put me at ease was incredible. I would highly recommend Another Look Home Inspections to anyone.
