That contradiction speaks for itself. Overall, this reflects poor management, lack of professionalism, and an inability to handle situations with basic respect. I gave my deposit for materials in January and paid my final bill when the roof was complete. I got a letter from the supplier indicating the check Ram's roofing wrote them for my materials bounced and they have not been able to collect from Ram's roofing. They said it was not just my house it was others too. The letter also indicated the supplier has has put a lien on my house because Ram's has not paid them. I paid a deposit for my materials in January and Ram's still has not paid the supplier so now we have had to get a lawyer involved. When I call the office they are heavily screening the calls so now I can not get thru to the owner Jose. We have even stopped by and he is not around. We have also sent certified letters with no response.
