A neighbor who is his own contractor recommended Rams. They finishes my roof today, and l have to tell you about my experience. First--- they were here 6 days. Every day they did a 100% clean up. The crews were polite, careful, and obviously working as a team. I was a production manager, and every guy on the crew was on task, even in the terrible heat we're already having. My contact guy picks up in the first ring. Every day, a supervisor is here. I've seen the shop--- it's clean and full of shiny specialty machinery. They have an armada of new service vehicles. I have 2 more projects l will be doing with them.

This is going be be a bit of a contradictory review. Last year, we'll before hurricane Ian, Zeus…read moreinstalled new gutters and downspouts on our house in Punta Gorda. The installation Zeus requesting them to come out to our home - just to inspect the gutters and downspouts. I was happy to pay for whatever time it took to inspect and, if damages were noticed, to fix them. Again, I wasn't expecting any for free. I also totally understood that, post hurricane, Zeus, along with every other contractor, was busy. Crushed would be a better description. I waited until January 17, 2023 to ask again. And once again, I told Peter (Zeus) that I understood the "post hurricane busy" issue. I got a text back from Peter that said they would be at my place on March 1, 2023. April 12th, having not seen or heard from anyone at Zeus, I asked again. Peter a actually call3d me to,apologize and promise they would be out "soon". Today is July 8, 2023 and I am still waiting. Actually I have given up waiting and will move on from Zeus. Based on my experience, my suggestion to anyone looking for gutters and downspouts, is to find any other contractor. Even at double the price, the after install hassle just isn't worth it.

I had new gutters installed by this company last August. After the a heavy rain in April, I…read morealerted my salesman, Chris that one side of the house was leaking heavily onto the stairs to my deck and water treatment system below. I texted him a video of the downpour from the faulty gutters. He assured me that someone from their service department would be out to address the problem. I never heard from anyone. I reached out again to Chris in May and was told that he no longer worked there... but that someone from their service and warranty dept. would get back to me ASAP. Once again, never heard back from anyone. I left several messages in June, July and again today--- Not even the decency of a call back. Hopefully the owner will get this message and call me.
