This kind of service above and beyond the normal is what makes purchasing materials here a special treat. While I was waiting as they made several phone calls they even offered me cold bottled water and fresh popcorn to help while I was waiting. This is small town service at its finest.

I brought in two pairs of boots to have then cleaned. They're Corrals so not terribly expensive…read moreboots but I've had them for years and they're comfortable. They offered to have them for me later that day (it was a Friday) so I could have them for the weekend. I told them I'd pick them up after work the following Monday. Showed up on Monday and they hadn't even started. No worries, I'll get them later. Picked them up on Friday and I was so disappointed. There was still dirt on both pairs of boots, the cream-colored embroidery on the one pair was so brown, I won't be able to wear them again. They're ruined. When I pointed it out to him, he stated it couldn't be cleaned (oh, really?!!?). But is there a reason why it's browner??? I'm so very disappointed. The cayman inlay boots needed more attention to detail. You can still see dirt in the crevasses. And the sole stitching...NO attention was given to that. Again, I can't state it enough, I am so very disappointed. I took the boots in because of the decent reviews. Like I said, the one pair of boots is ruined. I'll never be able to wear them again. Now where am I going to take my really nice boots???
