The service is very personal and helpful, I can even speak with a person unlike service with ATT&T, sprint or Verizon when I have needed to which has been very seldom. I have had one major problem recently: ever since they added internet service (which I cannot get at my home while neighbors up the street can) my cellphone reception has decreased. I cannot even multi text from my home where I could previously. I can text though in town. I was told the antennae in my phone wasn't strong enough. This is, by the way, phone given to me by WCW when I was upgraded to a iPhone 5c with which I had consistently poor coverage at my house and none is areas I had it previously. I went back to my IPhone 4 and my coverage improved somewhat but not multi texting capabilities. This is why I only gave it 4 stars when a couple of months ago I would have given it 5 stars.

The delivery guys blamed it on old parts but they were responsible for what happened. Mr. Bratton had asked my dad if he knew a plumber and his idea of fixing this was offering them free sheets ($100 value). They just purchased a high priced washing machine and now have to replace floors and walls in multiple rooms at the expense of his employees. He said he is not responsible and feels like he's done enough taking care of the plumber. Mr. Bratton, If I brought my kids into your store and they destroyed several of your displays and I said "I'll pay for one, I feel like that's enough." Better yet, here's this sign I made, it's worth $100. You would not consider that to be right considering the damage that was done. How is what you are doing to my parents right? A good name is far greater than great riches. Which means more to you sir? I am sharing this review on every outlet and you can call my dad to do the right thing. Part of the "compound" are little art shops, the rooms at the Inn are artfully decorated. We stayed in the Santa Fe room and loved it! Comfy bed, nice bathroom, outside sitting area in front and back of the room . There is a well stocked kitchen area open for a late night snack or a bite in the morning to start the day! The music shows are outside and their is free food before the show, that's something you don't get elsewhere! I can't say enough about this place. We will be back!
