This is one of the classiest, friendliest, and most professional doctors' offices that I have ever…read morebeen in. The receptionist actually came out from behind her desk, and helped me sign in. She was friendly, and had a wide smile on her face, that made me feel welcome, and wanted, from minute one. They have a computer sign in kiosk thingy, which is really cool: you put your license, and then insurance cards, in and bam: you are a new patient. Dr. Desai was incredibly down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable. I went in thinking that I had had a heart attack, because two primary physicians sait that their EKG results said it might be so, and I left thinking that I might live forever. The young lady who took an ultrasound of my heart was amazing. The check out lady was brilliant, friendly, and helpful. I am sooooooo glad to have found these people. I have a heart, and I will give it to them!!!

My mother went there today because she was having bad coughing , shortness of breath and abdominal…read morepain. She has COPD and just moved to Georgia less than 3 weeks ago. She was there from a little before 3:30pm . She called me at 7:15pm saying she needed me to come and take her to the ER because they said she needs to be seen over there because their finding we serious or they can have an ambulance take her. When I arrive my mother is in the waiting room area by herself no one was at the reception desk or around to even here the door open I had to say hello for someone to come out to even great me. 1. I work in the medical field myself. So to see her in the waiting area without anyone was a huge red flag. If you are telling my mother that she needs someone to come pick her up or an ambulance needs to be called if someone can because of her safety. So why in the world would you leave her unattended? Then when I said why has she been here since 3:30 to 7:53 and shes now being seen or why hadn't they sent her over to the ER across the street versus having her sit here for so long. Then I asked them does she have the paperwork regarding their findings to take to the ER and they said yes. Well when I looked at it there was nothing there except shortness of breath. The ER was like what did they even do because this paperwork doesn't say anything except that she had an X-ray taken no info regarding that, no EKG, nothing. Ridiculous treatment and she could have been helped and treated had they just said something and believe me you can definitely tell something was serious wrong with her breathing. I don't know what is going on at this location now buts it is not good and this is where I and my family would go but we will not comeback after this time. I was throughly angry and I don't loss it to this point and sadly come to find out she didn't even see a DR she was seen by Jennifer Chen a PA. A Dr nor Jennifer Chen the PA never even came out which normally when it serious the DR or the PA comes out not the intake nurse. Unexceptable

I really like the nurse Noelle (and not just because we have the same name). She is very sweet and personable. Lauren the N. P is also very nice and professional. I love that she explains things in terms of that are easy to understand and actually listens to your concerns. I had been having high BP for a while and no matter how much I asked nobody would help with meds. Lauren did. Immediately. I have come back a few times and same thing, good bedside manner. I am glad I found this place. The wait is worth the time with the ladies in this office because I feel confident that I will learn the problem the first time rather than needing follow up. I also love that the nurse and np are all gentle..even the phlebotomist of who was able to draw with the first stick. Something I cannot remember the last time happening.

Will never return!…read more My appointment was today at 11:45 am, I arrived at 11:35 because I respect my doctors time. I arrived to a waiting room full of people, that was concerning to begin with. I was not called into a patient room until 12:45, that's one hour after my appointment time. By 1:15 I got up and left. I notified the nurse first. The nurse tried to tell me that each patient that was seen today had issues that resulted in the super crazy delay. Which is funny because the receptionist told me a totally different story, her story was that they had an emergency in the morning which resulted in the delays. So I told the nurse that the receptionist had a different story. She said yes there was an emergency this morning which did result in delays. I asked "Shouldn't that have warranted a call to me to let me know that you were running more than an hour late per patient and then given me the option to reschedule or take my original appointment?" Of course I got the run around, each patient is different and their treatment is different. Ok, you obviously have a scheduling issue considering the other reviewer stated he waited over 90 minutes. As a patient it's important that the doctor and their staff respect my time. My time is worth just as much as theirs is. I always respect my doctors time by showing up early and never cancelling within 24 hours. After leaving and heading home so I could eat lunch before returning to my busy job I got a call from the nurse. No joke it was now 1:45, two hours after my original appointment, the nurse stated that if I came back right now the doctor would be available to see me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? TWO HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME. I flat out told the nurse that I would not give my money to a doctor that doesn't respect the time of her patients. I am happy to take my business else where. In the future I will be sure to read reviews before I book. This was a huge waste of my day! Do yourself a favor and don't schedule with this office unless you have at least two hours to waste.

In fact when I was signing paperwork I asked them if there would be any additional fees for my type of appointment to which they said no. My attempts at remedying the situation have been met with rude associates and phone calls to the Office Manager going unreturned. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.
