This year we wanted to check out their clothing, specifically their western style jeans. There isn't a bad thing I can say about this establishment. The staff are outstanding, know their product, are willing to find the style and fit that you want no matter how many trips back and forth they need to make. They have a huge selection of jeans, shirts, shoes, hats, gloves and accessories (I could have spend all day just looking!). Best of all they will shorten purchased jeans for an incredible low price and, if they aren't too busy, while you wait. Of course it didn't hurt that they had a sale on the days we visited. This is one small town shop that is worth the drive.

I had a little…read morebit of birthday money and a broken shoe that hadn't lasted long, so I decided to give the higher end shoes a chance and see if they made a difference. Jury is still out on the shoes (although early reviews are positive), but I found the store service really good. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy, the salesman who also happens to be the owner was great at educating me on the product and how to care for them using items around the house instead of trying to up-sell me.

Then the stitching under the arm of the suit came out and the sleeve started to fall off, again not willing to fix for free as he said it was my fault. Now it was only a $700 suite but please what a joke. Then mt wife bought me a pair of pants from there and went to return them 7 weeks later as they were a gift and he said i couldn't as he no longer caries that line so sorry. So I have a pair of $270 pants that are too small and I can't wear. So i have spent over $1200 in this store and have nothing to show for it other then some rags and a bad taste in my mouth...........avoid this place at all costs!

Luckily Mark's work Warehouse offers a student discount card, and awesome deals on Scrubs (with a count card)- for ever 6 items you purchase you get a free top or scrub bottoms. The prices are reasonable, employees are well trained to help you find proper winter boots, rain wear, and even 1 piece jumpers for working on the farm (milking cows...). I fell in love with their Thermos pants (AKA. Long Johns)- when you have to get up at 5am in blistering cold weather Thermos pants are life savers! I found Mark's to be reliable and a necessity to surviving in the country and Alberta's Harsh weather. I've bought long neck sweaters that haven't frayed or shown signs of wear and tare (that I wear often during winter months). And will continue to buy staple items that are quality and most importantly fashionable! Both Calgary's Signal Hill Location and Old's Alberta store are the best!
