My family and I have been going there for over 20 years. I missed an appointment. I guess I made it…read morebefore the Covid shut down and forgot about it. Long story short I was charged $100 for missing an appointment for myself and my daughter. They left a message on an old phone number I never check. I felt terrible. I called to apologize. I was told I was still being charged. I spoke with the accounting department. I begged for forgiveness. Nope...still had to pay it. I reminded them how my family of four have been seeing them for over 20 years. I guess that means nothing to them. I've since switched to another dentist office. Honestly...best $100 I ever spent.

Did get a call five minutes later that there was still time to come back but no apology for ignoring me. So went to another dentist in town and will be using their services from now on. All receptionist had to say was have a seat. I have bone on bone with both knees and osteoarthritis throughout my body and all in file. So it tends to make me grumpy when I have to stand for awhile after driving half an hour in to town to be ignored while she argued with a client on the phone.

The staff are not equipped to handle it. The biggest star in this business is Dr.Sethi. He is a kind and empathetic individual who has a deep understand of people. They are also open in the evenings and on weekends to accommodate those of us who don't have flexible work schedules. The office is conveniently located in a strip mall, so there's parking right out front. But what's really neat is that all the rooms have a full-wall picture of a relaxing landscape which really helps with my anxiety. Every single person LightHouse Dental took their time to make sure I was comfortable for the entire experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
