When we arrived to Hyatt Ziva, we were HANGRY, so this place was our saving grace since it was still open at 4PM. We tried the shrimp aguachiles, fish cerviche, and seafood cocktail. Each dish came with delicious tortilla chips. Everything was seriously perfection, and we enjoyed every bite! Beautiful ambience where you can snack on foods with a beautiful view of the pools and ocean.

My fellow yelpers staying at the Hyatt Ziva all inclusive, this is my champ for the food options. When you're hanging out by the pool all day, this is THE place to get some great food when you start getting hungry. How it works: This Mexican snack bar has two kitchens. Hot Kitchen: serves cooked dishes and the Cold Kitchen puts together non-cooked dishes. There are order slips for both kitchens at the dining tables. You fill out the quantity of dishes you're ordering and your name and you hand it to kitchen. They call your name when your order is ready. The service was very quick and you got fresh food straight from the kitchen. Hot Kitchen Mexican Food: The Grilled Shrimp and Baja Fish Tacos were excellent restaurant quality tacos. One order got you 3 great soft tacos that were very filling. The pork taco/pastor was a little too salty for me but still tasty. The great surprise here was the cheeseburger I ordered when I wanted a break from Mexican food. A large sized patty coupled with a big slice of American cheese melted on top made this a winner. Cold Kitchen Mexican food: The shrimp ceviche and guacamole both come with fresh chips and were excellent. These were restaurant quality dishes fresh from the kitchen that I really enjoyed. To wrap this up, there's also a bar inside where you can order drinks as you wait for your delicious mexican food to come out of either kitchen. I've put in as much as 7 orders in at once to take to the pool cabana and I never waited for more than 15 minutes in a packed snack bar. The cooks are quick and the food is better than some $$$ Mexican restaurants I've visited. They have a tip jar I always hit each visit and they were so appreciative. Coco Loco is the place to visit to get your day grub on by the pool or even to eat in. Enjoy!

Hit the spot for chip & guac and some tacos. Surprisingly pretty good tacos! Great for snack or lunch!

This is easily the best lunch option available at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. Mexican food in Mexico, go figure. It's right by the pool too so you can pop in for a quick bite and then get right back to chillaxing by the water. I tried everything on the menu over the course of my stay here and I couldn't find a single item I disliked. My favorites were the burritos and the raw tuna tostada.

I love that they have this wonderful snack bar. During the day, you can order your own tacos and munch on. It can get pretty packed in there, but I'm impressed by how fast their service is. There are two separate kitchens. One for tacos& burritos, the other is for civeches & tostadas. Besides all that, there's also a bar in the side. So convenient. Coco Loco is located right in front of the big pool, so you're really getting everything in the same place. What I love from there is their habanero sauce! I spicy! & so far in Cabo, this place has the spiciest habanero sauce. I wished they closed a bit later, but it's understandable. They're closing because the dinner restaurants are priority after 6. I've ordered here everyday since settling in Hyatt Los Cabo's, & I'm going to miss this little joint so much! I'll take a picture of their menu & post it up very soon :)

You expect the familiar flavor of traditional hummus... and then BOOM. The complexity of flavors hits you like a ton of delicious bricks. It completely changes your expectations of what hummus can be. Next came the Burrata Macha. Imagine a classic Italian burrata reimagined with a Mexican soul. The spicy red macha oil elevated it to an entirely different level. Every bite revealed new flavors that were almost impossible to define, making each one a wonderful surprise. For the main course, I ordered the Mexican interpretation of Bucatini al Nero. As someone who loves the Italian original, I was amazed. It kept the spirit of the dish while adding a Mexican twist that somehow made it even better. It wasn't simply Italian or Mexican cuisine--it became something entirely its own. My wife chose the Triangoli de Humita. The name might sound unusual, but so was the dish--in the best possible way. It was far more than a corn ravioli. The incredible depth of flavor, paired with a rich, dark mushroom sauce, made it one of the standout dishes of the evening. Dessert was the Merengue de Salvia, although calling it a meringue doesn't really do it justice. It somehow managed to be spicy, savory, sweet, and tangy all at the same time. It was unlike anything we've ever had and the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. A special thank you to Rolando, our waiter, who explained every dish with passion and attention to detail. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the entire experience even more memorable. Sage isn't just a restaurant. It's a culinary adventure that constantly surprises you and challenges what you think food can be. If you're in Cabo, don't miss it.

There is an indoor area or outside courtyard you can choose from. We had the pleasure of working with several Staff members including our main waiter, Marco as well as Ivan and Miriam. They were all so fun and attentive. They brought us a small serving of soup as an appetizer. My husband had a taste of the tortilla broth which had a little kick to it and I had the bean soup. Both were a nice sampling of the soup they offered. We ordered the chips & huac to start. The chips were thick and crispy. The guacamole tasted super fresh and bright. Now, the tacos are some of the best tacos we've ever eaten in MX or the US. The creativity and variety of toppings were outstanding. I really enjoyed the EL TAKESHI 190MX Rib Eye, Sesame, Hoisin, Ginger, Chives, Crispy Shallots, Flour tortilla. The meat was cooked perfectly and the flavor they developed was delicious. I also ordered the MEXICAN FLANK STEAK $150MX. Fresh Chiapas Cheese , Arugula, Crispy Leek & Potato, Macha Sauce, Yellow Corn tortillas. All these flavors worked so well together. One of the tastiest tacos they have on the menu is a cheese based tortilla taco called CHEESE CRUST PASTOR $100MX. Talk about a flavor bomb. Marinated Pork, Asadero Cheese Crust, Cilantro, Onion, Pineapple. My husband also ordered the CHIPOTLE SHRIMP $165MX. Shrimp, Chipotle Cream, fried parsley, flour tortilla. He loved it. For my Arizona friends, they will be opening a Scottsdale location in 2027. I can wait. Add this to your must try restaurants. Also, they just opened a location in Dallas Texas.

The grounds are stunning -- peaceful, lush, and effortlessly cool -- with the perfect balance of elevated resort vibes and warmth. What makes it even more special is that Acre also operates an animal rescue, helping save dogs from the streets and even arranging adoptions around the world. We legitimately almost adopted one while we were there. The entire culinary concept is organic farm-to-table, and you can truly taste the difference in every dish. Everything felt intentional, fresh, and incredibly well executed. Food highlights: - The mixed beet salad was hands down the best beet salad I've ever had in my life. - The crispy rice bites are a must order. - The catch-of-the-day ceviche with soaked jicama and green apple was phenomenal and one of the most unique, well-balanced ceviche preparations I've ever had. - Steak tacos were fantastic. - The tomato tartare with fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, light aioli, and crackers completely surprised us -- insanely flavorful and memorable. Cocktails were equally impressive: - Sips & Beets (my fav. I love beets & I love mezcal. Didn't think they would go, but had to try. It's outstanding!) - Margarita independente was my other fav - Guayabita - Espresso martini made with tequila And beyond the food, the hospitality was next level. Executive Chef David personally stopped by our table, chatted with us, and after noticing me taking photos, gifted me one of the dried decorative corns from the property. Such a thoughtful, genuine touch that perfectly reflects the spirit of Acre. This was one of those rare dining experiences that feels magical from beginning to end. We'll absolutely be back (this will become a spot we visit every trip to cabo!)

It's not just another crowded noisy bar you'd find in Cabo San Lucas, it's actually quite the opposite. It is a family run place that the owner and wife run themselves and are two of the nicest friendliest people we met. We were new to mezcal in general and they took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. We also learned that Santiago, the owner, built the bar himself and that this is the only mezcaleria in the Los Cabos area. This bar is his passion and really a labor of love. They have about 20 different varieties of mezcal behind the bar, including some that are more commercially produced and some that are more artisanal which I recommend. They even serve tasting flights that come with 3 different selections so you can try a wider variety. They also serve mezcal based cocktails (which are simple and delicious), cold mexican beers, and snacks that perfectly compliment the mezcal. The space is fully air-conditioned which is nice and there is also free WiFi available. The restrooms are modern and clean, and they also have a large projector screen at the back playing sports or news or whatever is interesting. I hope to visit Cabo again soon, and this will for sure be one of the first places I return to.
