I asked them to provided proof as we had not missed an appointments in over five years, nor had we missed any recently. They said they would call me back. When I called they would not answer so I used a different phone. Umber and when they answered I asked them to send me proof, all they provided was the missed appointment policy. I called back and asked them to send proof. They sent via snail mail the policy again with no proof - becaue they made a mistake and clearly unwilling to admit it. It is because we are not spending enough money there. We have only had cleanings in the last couple years. Unbelievable. Over 25 years of care and this is how they treat their patients.
