I emailed him the approved plans, permit, and engineering (I already had completed) the day he came out and was told it would be about a week before he could get me a quote. After 2 weeks not hearing from him, I emailed him for an update and didn't hear back from him for nearly another 2 weeks. So, after about a MONTH I finally received an estimate that was about 5x my other quotes from highly recommended, licensed and insured contractors. My suggestion is to not bother providing "free estimates" if you do not have the bandwidth to follow through.

I've used Investor Renovations three times now for work I needed done to my house; and every time I've been more than happy with the service and the finished product. Darrell is great. After meeting with him he promptly provided a thorough estimate with cost breakdowns and worked with me to help meet my budget.
