I was not given an opportunity to review the return before submission. Afterward, I discovered a significant number of errors that resulted in several thousand dollars in financial impact. I raised these issues with her, but she initially responded that the tax season was over. After multiple follow-up emails, she eventually amended my Form 1040; however, the amended return contained additional errors and made the situation worse. At that point, I had no choice but to hire another CPA to correct the mistakes and clean up the filings. I have never encountered a CPA with this level of incompetence. If your tax situation is even moderately complex, I strongly recommend staying away from this firm.
