Our pottery class was on March 29th, we came back to paint on April 12th, and then picked everything up on April 17th. It honestly felt like such a fun extended experience getting to come back and see everything through. The painting portion was super enjoyable too. They offer a variety of glazes, some classic colors included at no extra cost, plus a few specialty options for a small fee. My fiancé chose the "Safari" glaze (just $1 extra), which had these cool glass pieces that melt in the kiln and create such a unique pattern. Definitely worth trying if you want something a little different! Pickup was easy overall. My only small suggestion would be to clarify the pickup hours on the card that's handed out after painting. Google hours seem to reflect member hours, while the hours posted on the door are different. When I arrived, they technically weren't open yet (my mistake, I'm sorry!), but the person at the front desk was super kind and still helped me find my pieces, which I greatly appreciated. I appreciate that the play structure is designed tall enough for parents to navigate as needed too, even on upper levels. There was also plenty of space for parents to hang out and watch. The party room was totally serviceable (we booked a 12-kid package with 7 kids and 12 adults, which meant some of the adults were standing (12 chairs), but it worked fine and it didn't feel crowded). I am glad we booked a larger party size than needed so some adults could sit! You are allowed in 30 minutes before your start time to decorate - and they leave blue painter's tape for you. I pre-staged one wall mural, two tablecloths, a banner, and some hanging decorations in a tub and that transformed the plain space quickly and perfectly for a kid's party. Food was better than I expected for a play zone cafeteria - pizza was included in the package, and we added a half-tray of chicken tenders (very popular), which came with fries, and a half-tray of fruit (which the kids loved and was fresh). Lemonade was tasty too. Had a whole pizza left over! The only outside food you can bring is a "celebratory dessert" - easy!! Our party host on the day of the party was sweet, accommodating, and low-key while also checking in the perfect amount. All other staff onsite were also welcoming and helpful. I can see how two hours could be tight for some folks, but they're very upfront about the expectations, and it was no big deal - I just kept an eye on the clock and moved things along. Booking was a little confusing on the website (a larger room size was incorrectly showing for the smaller party package), but their party coordinator got me fixed after I screwed up my reservation initially. Due to the lack of recent reviews, I didn't know what to expect. Overall, my daughter had a great experience! They were a little less structured than other summer camps (in activities) but she was still happy and I liked how flexible pickup and drop off times were (as long as we did not go over 10 hours). It worked well for both parent's schedule. Unfortunately, they couldn't offer any field trips this summer (at least when my daughter went from mid-July to mid-August). Would recommend.

You can choose to pay per thirty minute block of time per kid for either the playground, the trampoline area or both. Prices are good. They do have party rental rooms, arcade items and a place to order food and drinks. The food isn't just snacks, they do have pizzas and pretzels and they don't taste bad.
