The space is perfect for kids of different ages, there's a big playground area so no one felt cramped, and all the kids stayed entertained the entire time (which is a win in itself). The host was super helpful throughout checking in, helping set things up, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Food was good and convenient for a party setting, nothing over the top, but it did the job and the kids were happy. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a low-stress, fun birthday party venue where kids can run around. We did our 4-year-old's birthday party here recently, and it was a great experience overall. The play area had options for the more adventurous kids and the ones who needed more calm - every one of them had fun! I appreciate that the play structure is designed tall enough for parents to navigate as needed too, even on upper levels. There was also plenty of space for parents to hang out and watch. The party room was totally serviceable (we booked a 12-kid package with 7 kids and 12 adults, which meant some of the adults were standing (12 chairs), but it worked fine and it didn't feel crowded). I am glad we booked a larger party size than needed so some adults could sit! You are allowed in 30 minutes before your start time to decorate - and they leave blue painter's tape for you. I pre-staged one wall mural, two tablecloths, a banner, and some hanging decorations in a tub and that transformed the plain space quickly and perfectly for a kid's party. Food was better than I expected for a play zone cafeteria - pizza was included in the package, and we added a half-tray of chicken tenders (very popular), which came with fries, and a half-tray of fruit (which the kids loved and was fresh). Lemonade was tasty too. Had a whole pizza left over! The only outside food you can bring is a "celebratory dessert" - easy!! Our party host on the day of the party was sweet, accommodating, and low-key while also checking in the perfect amount. All other staff onsite were also welcoming and helpful. I can see how two hours could be tight for some folks, but they're very upfront about the expectations, and it was no big deal - I just kept an eye on the clock and moved things along. Booking was a little confusing on the website (a larger room size was incorrectly showing for the smaller party package), but their party coordinator got me fixed after I screwed up my reservation initially. We recently hosted a party at Ridgeline Activity Center and had a really fun experience overall! The play area was a huge hit with the kids--plenty to keep them entertained and active the entire time. The food was also surprisingly good for a party venue--the pizza and chicken tenders were both crowd-pleasers. The only downside was the timing. Everything felt a bit rushed, and it seemed like just as everyone was getting settled and enjoying themselves, it was already time to wrap up. A little more flexibility or extended time would have made the experience even better. I mean an extra 15 minutes to clean up for $50 - no thanks. That said, the staff really stood out--great service, clear communication from booking to end, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. I have four granddaughters - how did I not know about this great space?? We were invited here for a 4 year old's birthday party and were so impressed. The folks who designed this place did an excellent job of utilizing every inch for the enjoyment of children. The central treehouse kept kids of all ages shreeking with glee, while the sand space and water wall on either side provided an option for quieter play. The most unusual part was the climbing wall that was combined with a screen allowing kids to play interactive games where they climbed and slapped soccer balls on the wall to make them explode. Such good fun! The snack bar was staffed by young people who all seemed to be having a good time, both with teammates and guests. The party rooms were surprisingly quiet once the glass-fronted door was closed. My only disappointment was there wasn't a room for nursing mothers. All in all though, this was a very enjoyable outing. read more

I had heard great things about this place and finally had a chance to take my 3yo daughter here to play for a few hours. Upon entering, she was so excited and was eager to run in and play, but I had to complete the waiver form first before we could do that. The price is $12 for the first hour per kid and then $8 for each additional hour. It's a bit pricier than Playtorium in Alderwood Mall but there is A LOT for the kids to play on. My daughter loved climbing up the structure to slide down, she did that at least 10 times. She also played a bit with the water area but she got soaked so we had to change her shirt. She also enjoyed the kinetic sand pit with the dinosaur graphics - that was pretty cool. We ordered some food... a slice of pizza and fries which cost $11. Pretty spendy and average tasting, but it was enough for the time we were there. I paid for two hours because I had to get back for a workout class, my daughter probably could've played for another 2 hours because I had to carry her out of there... slightly embarrassing but toddlers don't like transitions and we had to go. We'll definitely be back and next time I won't book a workout class right after! read more

I like this place! My son and I go here every now and then and compared to other play places and park playgrounds, The Ridge has the fastest slides! Even I get a little thrill from them when I follow my 3 year old up to the top. There is also a toddler area that is closed off for safety. A sand table for kids to play with. And a water table as well. The bathrooms are clean and convenient. Place has plenty of parking. The cafe is pretty good like another reviewer mentioned. The price is a little high but not gouging. I don't mind, I like to support the place. There is a cool interactive rock climbing wall the kids like and the entire play structure is themed like a tree house. For 6 dollars, during the cold winter months, this place is good enough for us and our 16 month old. I like that they have a closed space toddler area. I think some things in there need to be fixed (car wheel broken). Other than that, staff are friendly and polite. You can get some food here too. We tried the chicken Caesar wrap and the veggie bagel today. Not bad! Older kids definitely seem to be having a good time on the slides! read more

Ok so, I was searching for toddler activities while visiting Seattle and this popped up as one of the main options near where we were staying. It looks cool on the website and it is on some level, but not for toddlers. My 2 year old was charged $20 for an hour (including $5 socks) and lasted maybe 25 minutes. The toddler zone itself gives the attention span of about 2 minutes before he became totally disinterested. The main climbing zone would be cool for older kids and they seem to be having fun but my little dude couldn't access hardly any of it. He also fell twice off of fairly high ledges where he'd climbed to and couldn't get down. A number of times I had to climb up to give assistance. As I said, after about 25 minutes, he was ready to go....$20 not well spent for a 2.5 year old. :( read more

Probably one the coolest, multi-level indoor play structure that I can recall seeing since I was a kid. The structure is unique with many different paths and obstacles; it really trumps my childhood experiences of basic play places. Certain areas may be difficult for any small child under 3 years old trying to navigate vertically to the higher levels, but at least theres (sometimes barely) enough room for adults to squeeze in to help them along. There is also a separate area for toddlers under 2 years old to entertain themselves for a budget friendly $5 price. There was also a sand and water table, which can be distracting enough for kids too. Overall the environment was clean (although ironically I caught some cold virus) and there was plenty of room for parents to hang out . Highly recommend a 2 hour minimum stay and the price for those over 2 years old ($12 for 1 hour, $18 for 2 hours) seems to be on par with most other indoor places, especially with what they offer. read more

This venue is a great indoor play location on a rainy day or to host a birthday party!! I like that the main attraction is the play structure, and it's all in one place so that way parents aren't scattered trying to follow their kids around. The party can be customized based on group size. We had a bit of a rocky start in planning and I would've changed some things in hindsight- but by the end of the event, all had a great time. One thing to note is that they are strict with decorations. You get so many documents to read and sign if planning a party, and I missed that you can't bring in helium filled balloons. It probably contributes to the fact the facility is very clean!! Staff generally nice. read more

The play space is awesome! My 1 year old loved running around. The only downside to this place is, the water table. It is not clean at all. It needs to be emptied and scrubbed down really bad! Like once every couple days, and I've been 3 times this month and it hasn't been done once. Everything is slimey and covered with pink mold. Babies play and put things in their mouth and this is very very unsanitary. Should be part of closing down to empty and take a scrub brush... please please fix this issue so we can continue to come back. read more

I randomly came across this place while yelping for an indoor kids play area. Wow! I was very impressed on the size of this activity center for the price. Definitely worth the price! I would suggest to pay for a 2-hr time slot.. trust me.. an hour goes by so fast and you will be spending way more adding on an additional hour. It's a very clean place and toddler friendly for my 3 year old. I will say this activity center is targeted more for older toddlers/younger kids. Anyone older than 10 would probably not be too impressed. It's pretty safe overall and I was able to enter the play area myself as I helped out my 3 year old. Great place for kids. My little one loved it. My husband got a $14 pretzel that took almost 15-20 min to get. Not worth it. It's a small center with a laser tag area at the bottom. I'm unsure of prices as I was there for a bday party. Sand table and water table. A separate area for real little ones is nice. No staff supervising the play area and hardly pay attention to the food counter. Everyone is friendly. I may stick to other play centers over this one. read more

They have a sand box, water wall (though it wasn't working really good) I believe the climbing jungle gym was 3 stories high, a few slids, climbing wall with interactive games, a timed climbing area. A toddler area. If only some people would respect that the toddle area is for young toddlers and not 7-8 year olds, I think they could use more seating. There is plenty of room around the play area to add seating. Lots of parents had to stand and wait for seating/ or sit around the corner not in view of their kids,(I personally don't like not being able to see my child) Good size menu yet a bit over priced. I was excited finding a new place for my grandkids to play on a rainy day! Its a drive and we go maybe 1-2 a month but its worth it! My granddaughter is 2 and grandson is 11 and there are a lot of activities at this center for children of all ages. Although with the laser tag call in advance because if a birthday party is booked you cannot do a walk in and I think you still can book online so please call in advance. I usually go on a weekday commuting from Kent and I try to get the kids there before Noon. The food is not too bad I ordered tater tots they were cooked just right with crisp and seasoned well too. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The indoor playground is shaped like a big Tree house with padded stairs and pads and nets everywhere i felt safe to allow the grandbaby to explore she loves to climb and if she fell everything was padded and enclosed. Water table with waterproof aprons available. And the smoothest fastest slides I have ever been on yes I went down the slide don't judge me ! Plenty of parking, clean, toddler zone is small my toddler played with the big kids, very inviting, and affordable to me food and entry fee. My experience so far has been great! read more

I used to love this place! My son has always had a good time but unfortunately parents let their kids run loose while they sit on their phone and pay zero attention to their children! My child who's 2 1/2 has been bullied the past few times we've been! He's been slapped in the face by another child, had sand thrown at him, has been pushed and some kids were blocking off a play structure and told him he couldn't play as well as been told he's a baby and he can't play with the sand because he will eat it. Pre-pandemic, I would've LOVED this place. It is an amazing play structure and it's set up really well with the toddler area and cafe right there. Hopefully when Covid is under control we'll be back someday. However, our moms group came there today and we were uncomfortable from the get-go. Despite the indoor mask mandate AND what their website states, there were no masks in sight (including staff). Every adult besides our group walked in without a mask, so it was obvious that they already knew that there were no masks required there. We spoke with the one staff member there (who was also wearing her mask around her chin) and she confirmed that they don't ask people to mask. They also allowed people to eat in the toddler play area instead of having them eat at the tables in the cafe area. None of the other children were masked either. Our group was the only group there with masks to be seen. This place gets 2 stars because the play structure was amazing and the place seemed clean (it should since it's new). But if you are being at all Covid-conscious, especially given the recent explosion of omicron cases, I would avoid this place at all costs. This is an amazing option for play when the weather is crummy! My boys have a blast and it's a decent price. The food is pretty good, too! The salads are nice and fresh and the pizza is tasty! Some areas of improvement: - I don't think they've figured out how to care for the water table because it can get pretty cloudy - the digital components (over the sand table and climbing wall) seem to be broken fairly often or maybe just not turned on. I came here for the first time with one of my kids for a birthday party. Here I remembered that there are certainly pros and cons to pre-covid-style birthday parties. Here are some pros and cons from our experience: 1. The kids had a blast. 1 hour of laser tag. Our group got to stretch this because no one had booked the space after us. 2. Fun catering. Pizza, chicken fingers, fruit tray..... it all looked pretty legit. The kids got to fill cups with fountain soda.... lets be honest, when you're 10, filling your own sode is the epitomy of being cool. 3. Attentive staff. Our group was treated really well and had a lot of fun. 4. There were a few tables outside for cooling down, hanging out, and chillax time. These were under cover and perfectly comfortable even in January. 5. LOTS of parking. This is clearly a great venue for crowds. The cons: 1. The party room was TINY. With 2 tables and 12 pre-teen kids..... there really wasn't any room for anything else. 2. LOTS of people there. it was LOUD in the facility and a few of our group felt quite overwhelmed by it. 3. Most of our party came down sick the following week..... a little too coincidentally. We found out about this indoor activity center from a Facebook group, and it's been an awesome place for our kid to play during the cold rainy winters, and the super smokey summers. The staff are super friendly and there is a lot of seating for parents to sit. I've never had an issue snagging a seat, even on busy weekends. If you come here often, you can ask for a punch card! The Ridge also has fun classes for kids, especially in the summer with various programs based on age and activity type. The food here is also not so bad, although a little pricey. We usually get just a soda and popcorn, but for the kids there are chicken strips, pizza, fries, sandwiches, and other kid friendly meals. The kitchen seems clean, and we've never had an issue with food quality (burnt, undercooked, etc). The staff range in age from high schoolers to adults, and everyone has been friendly and nice! P.S. Try check out the little drive through coffee stand in the parking lot. They made excellent coffee and even have non-dairy milk alternatives! read more

He informed us we actually didn't need a separate pass for my husband who was accompanying our toddler. Making this outing not only fun, but an affordable activity this summer! $6 for 1hr toddler play which includes the big jungle gym too. I was impressed with the amount of options they had for food. I'm now confident even our picky eater will have an option available. Bathrooms were clean & had an elongated counter for diaper changes. A lot easier to sanitize than those wall-attachment tables in public bathrooms. Only complaint is the lack of seating for parents on stand by. I'm 8m pregnant & it was difficult to find a comfortable place to sit as my only options were barstools or the hard plastic dining chairs further away from the play zone. Should have been zero star if that was an option. Incompetent and rude staff. They screwed up the booking and forced us to stop in the middle of our event. This is not the first time it happened. When pointed out they made a mistake, they did not acknowledge at first and continue to demand us to leave. After they found out they send out the notification wrong, they offered no apology but just kept telling us to leave. When challenged why is it us but not the other group needing to leave, there was no explanation offered. And after we agreed to leave, we offered to take down our set up, but was told to leave immediately. Then another person working there started to blame us for leaving things up. No gates to keep children from wandering outside. Hard to relax because of this if your kid is a wanderer! Otherwise, good food and atmosphere. Just wish they would not have the sand box filled with weird fake sand that's nylon or plastic. It's hard to get out of hair and almost impossible to get out of eyes for a few days. Also, the children go from the sandbox to the water play area so trying to wash that sand off after leaving, in the bathroom is also almost impossible. It's EVERYWHERE. read more

This is my favorite place to take my two kids ( 4 and 6). There are steam activities and an awesome climbing wall! The tree house climb structure is the cleanest, safest one I have ever seen. I reward my kids when they finish their sticker chart (instead of food or items) and they always pick this place to go. read more
