Weeks went by, our son was regular on his classes, but his progress card did not show tangible improvement. Our son started telling me that it was boring and that he did not want to go back. by then, summer was almost over so we did not send him back. I notices a few times that he will not bring his progress card home and I started asking him why. He then disclosed that some times the software was not working, and they just let them play games or walk around. The facility NEVER informed us about it or gave us restitution classes or discount for the missed classes. To top all off, I noticed that they charged another $800 to my account and when I called to make them aware of the mistake, I was told by the Center director, Faizali Hajiani that the program automatically renews every 3 months. I reminded him that we only enrolled for the summer, and he did not take any classes after!!! but he did not listen. Look for a better place, they are just milking the customers, not leaning, no business ethics.

I was hoping that they were going to do activities with the kids like, see who can build the tallest skyscraper in three minutes, let's build a car and race, etc... but they didn't. First, they were supposed to arrive at the party 10- 15 minutes early to set up. Instead, I had guests arrive at the party and they still had not shown up. They came 5 minutes after their contracted time and didn't apologize for their tardiness. They brought some lego bricks in different colors and base plates. They told the kids to just build something they would find in a city. That was all, free build for an hour and a half. There were no instructions besides "build something". They could have brainstormed with the kids or had cards with different building ideas to choose from from like, you are building a gas station, you get to build a fire station, etc. My son free builds every day. Did I really pay $200 for him and his friends to free play? After about 45 minutes, some of my kids had finished building and just looked bored. I was told that at the end we would snap all of the plates together to admire our city but that didn't happen either. I wanted so badly to step in and rescue my party but, I paid for this, I paid so I wouldn't have to plan the activities... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who wants a fun lego party experience. *** update*** This review was changed from 1 star to 3 stars based on my further interactions with the owner. His expectations of a birthday party don't match the birthday party that I was given. He was very polite and plans to better train his employees so hopefully no one else has this experience in the future.

Instead of doing month-by-month subscription, you pay for number of sessions upfront. We started our kid with a a single session to see how he liked it and then he bought more sessions in bulk (we initially bought for 10 sessions but our kid loved it so much we bought 16 more! The single session payment went towards the payment of the initial 10 sessions as well). We had a day where we weren't able to make it to our session and when we called Kids Robotic Academy they rescheduled us no problem for later that week! They get your child to build and program lego projects that they've set up. When it comes time for the end of the session, our kid will describe his project and talk about how his program works. I think not only the building and programming aspect is important learning for child at a young age but the communication skills as well! I can't recommend Kids Robotic Academy enough to others.

My kids love the chef's teaching and her friendliness. She's very patient and gives kids plenty of time to catch up with every step. She is also very thoroughly in answering all the questions that they have. I absolutely love that she also provides all the ingredients beforehand and they rarely have to do any preparation steps beforehand other than gathering the ingredients--so she is really doing all the teaching from end to finish! Best of all, the meals turn out really good! There were dishes that I wasn't sure that I'd like at first glance, but they turned out absolutely delicious and best of all, I didn't even have to cook it myself! Not only is she imparting these kids with valuable life skills (cooking!) but she's turning them into decent chefs! I would highly recommend this place. Ellicia, the owner, is so incredibly patient and accommodating, she takes the time to know the kids and their families. The customer service is outstanding, the staff incredibly competent and the facility open and clean. She met with us, and we were able to tour facility beforehand, then she even helped guide us in choosing the appropriate camp/class for my children. My two kids, 5 and 7, LOVE Code Ninjas, they have attended numerous weeks and made some great new friends while picking up technical and STEM skills. There are a variety of tools/resources in addition to computers - it is not all "screen" time for the younger kids. The staff is very engaging with the kids and there is always a high teacher: student ratio so you know each child will get the help and assistance they need no matter what level they are at. Every time we drive by my kids point it out telling me how much they enjoy going. It is a fantastic place for camps or school year extracurriculars.
