He has attended other summer camps in prior years but enjoyed St Luke's by far. Summer camp is a lot of fun, the pool is open, they have field trips every Friday and more. He enjoyed summer camp so much, that last year we decided to do after school there as well. They offer other activities as well, so he is taking Taekwondo and a science/stem class this semester (took tennis previously as well). He does his homework there as well. Instead, we arrived to a filthy, unprepared, and completely unacceptable environment. This place is a health hazard and should not be hosting children's events! The Shocking Issues We Faced: Trash Everywhere - Full garbage bags piled in the hall, empty pizza boxes with old food under the tables, and leftover plates and food scraps covering the party area. The place had not been cleaned at all before our event. Disgusting Restrooms - The men's restroom was completely clogged and unusable, and the women's restroom was filthy. No cleaning supplies were available, and the stench was unbearable. Inadequate Seating - Despite booking for 20 children, only two benches were provided--clearly not enough for a kids' party. Infested With Moths - and Soon, Cockroaches! - The space was filled with moths, flying around due to old food and trash left behind. If it's this bad now, imagine what it will be like in summer--completely infested with cockroaches, fleas, or even rats! I Had to Clean Myself! - I personally filled four large trash bags, swept the floors, and even had to request a trash can because none were provided. Instead of celebrating my child's birthday, I was left doing the staff's job for them. Unhealthy Air & Poor Ventilation - The air was stale and heavy, making it difficult to breathe. One of our young guests has asthma and struggled to breathe because of how stuffy and unclean the space was. The only saving grace was Victoria, the on-site staff member, who did what she could to help. But one person cannot clean an entire venue alone--management clearly does not care about cleanliness or their customers. A HEALTH HAZARD, NOT A PARTY VENUE! This place is an absolute disaster. By summer, it will be overrun with cockroaches, rodents, and filth if they don't make serious changes. DO NOT book your event here unless you want to clean up trash and deal with bugs! Despite multiple emails and messages, management has ignored me and refuses to take responsibility. This venue should NOT be hosting children's events until they fix their sanitation issues!

They complained alot about the following every day: Teachers screaming alot with exception of few. Kids bullying and no one did anything about it until last minute. Some kids got favored over other kids and received more activities such as treasure boxes and etc. I asked them to rate their experience every day from 1 to 10 and in except few days, their rating was never 5. My kids kept asking when they go back to school? They simply preferred to be at school than in summer camp. I had no other choice but to keep them there for half summer but will not repeat this mistake again. It sounded more like a child care facility than a camp. I checked with other families and mostly had the same experience. Although if you talk to customer service, they are very professional and will do what they can to accommodate you but overall the Kidventure is not a fun camp at all. Most camp teachers are very young kids in their teens or early twenties so im not surprised with their level of service. Overall, i wish I had done more research. You can't find any reviews about Kidventure anywhere except in their own website so I wanted to share my kid's experience with everyone else.

It was closed today but there's a concession stand and during the week and they don't allow outside food and drinks (unless it's a privately booked party) so do not bring a cooler of snacks and drinks. If you've been to the Clay location, the difference is night and day. Over there, the weight room is bigger, the amenities are better, the pool is fantastic, and the staff treats you like a paying member. Here on 34th: The facilities fall short: Other locations have solid steam rooms, saunas, quality pools, and great equipment. Here, the pool is mediocre at best, and the workout floor is cramped and desperately needs an expansion and more machines. The vibe from staff is hit-or-miss: Most of the staff are fine, but a couple of folks act like they're doing you a massive personal favor just handing you a basketball to shoot around on the court. Nobody should feel like asking for standard gym equipment is going to get a whole report written on them. The only real selling point for me is convenience--it's a five-minute drive from my front door. But if you've got an extra ten to fifteen minutes to spare, do yourself a favor and hit one of the other branches. You'll get better equipment, better amenities, and way less attitude.

The vents are lined with mold. Most of the lockers rarely work. The carpet may be from when they opened. It's super matted, stained and disgusting. To top it off the sign for westside is dirty. They do an amazing job taking care of all the animals. Matter a fact the animals enclosure are cleaned daily but and they even got new penguins. But they have yet to even redo the women's locker room. To add the indoor hot tub, cold plunge area was redone but is rarely cleaned. There is still grime around the poles and it's generally sopping wet in there with hairs and dirt everywhere. It's unhygienic and unsanitary. Westside please do better. The gym has everything you need. However as far as maintenance of areas and cleanliness it's a 1-Star. Who what's yoninhsle mood while showering. And the cold plunge and hot tub area/pools still reeks of mold. So they may have redone the area but whatever they did did not remove the mold smell that sticks to your body when utilizing the indoor hot tub and indoor cold plunge. Maybe it needs new piping and better extreme ventilation.

We did ask the staff to cook the pizza some more as it was kind of undercooked and doughy and the staff was extremely nice and didn't have a problem helping us out. I spoke to one of the members while I was relaxing in the patio area and he was telling me about all of the events for members that are free with the membership. Really cool place.
