We called and they stated that they no-longer service our area (Nolensville), but the website says "We are located in Murfreesboro TN but service all of the Middle Tennessee area." Then the customer service/admin (whoever answered) hung up on us! We were shocked to be treated so poorly. We called back and the woman that answered said "If we fixed the post it would warp again. Wood warps". Then she literally told us to take our business elsewhere. So if this is a statement of their quality and the customer service you can expect, I would stay FAR away. We are so disappointed. We really liked them at first.

When we got quotes, A 1 was one of…read morethe highest quotes we received, but after hearing numerous glowing recommendations of their work and after having seen their portfolio and discussed the job with them, we understood that the fence they were going to build would be of the highest quality. The fence did not go up quickly in a few days. Their team took their time placing the posts and assuring that the concrete was well set before adding the fence panels. As the panels went up, I could not help but notice the care and attention that went into placing every board. My husband commented that the quality of the boards was outstanding and that he can see that they did not skimp on materials. In short they did not throw up this fence and walk away, they installed it with care and I expect the fence will last for many years to come. Granted, there was brush under the trees that I had planned to clear on my property. I had left the hedge for some privacy between the property. I am now clearing out beneath the trees. Unfortunately, the crew dumped everything over the chain link fence onto my property. This included all branches that were trimmed, dirt from the holes dug, and the trim off the 4x4 posts. It is a mess. This is so unprofessional on all kinds of levels. I do realize that this does not reflect on the neighbors who had the fence installed.
