My husband has measured now and it definitely will fit and now we're left to try to figure out how to get it upstairs on our own. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. Huge truck and 5 guys, they had my 2 bed/2 bath apartment loaded into that truck in less than 30 minutes. I think the drive to the new place was longer than the load time. Again, super quick unload and they were all so kind, and very careful with your items. 3 hour minimum so I ended up paying for longer than what they worked, but that is moving company standards, and I've done that with just about every move I've ever done. Communication with management has been horrendous, and the amount offered wouldn't come close to covering the necessary repairs. I was assured that I was a "top priority" and that someone would contact me, but no one ever did. Accidents happen, but a company's response shows its integrity. In my experience, they caused extensive damage, failed to make it right, and repeatedly ignored me. I have photos and records of my attempts to resolve this.
