They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! At 65 mph the car shakes all over because he didn't balance them or didn't balance them correctly. The same weights were on the tires as when they came off from the back of the vehicle. Ed, the manager, adamantly states that he did balance them with weights also on the inside which I did not see when they were re-mounting the wheels. I personally do not recommend as the service techs are either improperly trained or are not capable of balancing wheels. Cheap comes at a price! A waste of your time and money to have to go elsewhere to get their incompetence corrected.
