We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. I personally do not recommend as the service techs are either improperly trained or are not capable of balancing wheels. Cheap comes at a price! A waste of your time and money to have to go elsewhere to get their incompetence corrected.
