My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

I brought in a junker car with no notice and he was able to fit me in within a couple days despite being short staffed and fully booked. This was the most affordable service(s) I've ever had on a car, ESPECIALLY for a full inspection. Communication was EXCELLENT, to the point Mike even stayed late after a busy day to get me a quote he promised that day. I will be bringing all my cars here for the foreseeable future! Everyone I spoke to at this office was beyond helpful, so patient and kind, and he took the time to explain things in a way I (as someone not entirely familiar with car parts/functions) could understand.
