Noise: They need to get this under control because its getting pretty bad. A lot of it comes from kids who, in many cases, seem out of control. I've experienced it during open access times as well as in the late afternoon where many are seemingly dropped off after school. Sadly, the noise is not confined to the children's floor. They're also allowed to sit in the adult section, pop gum, chat, etc. Until this gets fixed, it's really not a place to get serious work done during the day.
